The Kappa Psi Chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia was founded at Western Illinois University on February 3rd, 1962, with the admission of its Alpha Class. Since then, our chapter has initiated over six hundred brothers into our Fraternity.
Our chapter has been working at the local level with our community to advance our Fraternity's Object. In recent semesters, we have actively performed Mills Music Missions at geriatric facilities and our local schools. In the fall of 2013, the Kappa Psi Chapter sang "Hail Sinfonia" as part of WIU's Wind Ensemble Concert to demonstrate themes present in Clifton William's march, "The Sinfonians."
