"The Object of this Fraternity shall be for the development of the best and truest fraternal spirit; the mutual welfare and brotherhood of musical students; the advancement of music in America and a loyalty to the Alma Mater."
The Ossian Everett Mills Music Mission
“Each one must make a supreme personal endeavor to elevate others to the place where they may enjoy all that is true, beautiful, and abiding. Our rights, our duties, our responsibilities, our interests, and our thoughts must be mutually helpful. This was the spirit of thoughtfulness to others even at the expense of his own time, effort, and strength, which found expression in our beloved first president.”

Our chapter participates in several Ossian Everett Mills Music Missions each semester as part of our National Philanthropy. A more in-depth description of this philanthropy is provided on the National Philanthropy page at http://wiu.sinfonia.org/national-philanthropy.
Another philanthropy our chapter works with is St. Baldrick's Foundation. This past year, four of our brothers volunteered to shave their heads as part of this charity event. Our chapter raised $621 to donate to this organization and was ranked in 1st place as the top contributor from a Greek Organization!
